Please Read Before Making a Reservation
Thank you for your interest in dining with us. Before you make a reservation, please read the following important information carefully.
Reservation Rules:
We kindly ask that all reservations be made by the guests themselves. We do not accept reservations made by travel agencies, hotels, interpreters-guides, etc.
・We accept 2 guests every 30 minutes.
・Lunch times: 11:30 / 12:00 / 12:30 — 2 guests per time slot
・Dinner times: 17:00 / 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00 / 19:30 — 2 guests per time slot
・Reservations for 4 people are only available at 17:00 or 19:30, but please note that we do not have tables for 4 people, so you will be seated at two separate tables.
・We only serve set menus.
・We do not serve beef or seafood. Please check our [menu page] before making a reservation.
Reservation Process:
1 Submit your reservation request by email.
You will receive an automatic reply to confirm that we received your request.
・Please do not reply to the automatic email.
・If you don’t receive it, please check your email address and try again.
2 We will send a second email confirming the date, day, and number of people in your reservation.
3 Please reply to that email with “Yes” or “OK” to confirm your reservation.
・If you need to make any changes, please let us know in your reply.
4 After we receive your reply, we will send a final confirmation email with the date and time of your reservation.
5 Two days before your visit, we will send you a password by email.
・Please reply with the password as soon as possible.
・This reply confirms that you will come to the restaurant.
