Important Notice Regarding Reservations

We ask you not to cancel without notice under any circumstances.

If you wish to cancel your reservation:

・For lunch reservations: Please send us an email by 9:00 a.m. on the day of your reservation.

・For dinner reservations: Please send us an email by 16:00 on the day of your reservation.

Since this is important, I'll say it once.

Please do not cancel without notice.

Reason1:Anoshow takes away the opportunity for other guests, especially those with dietary restrictions, who truly need our restaurant.

Reason 2: It causes serious financial damage to our business.

A reservation is based on mutual trust between the guest and the restaurant.

We value the trust between our guests and us.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Common excuses for no-shows:

“I was in a place without cell service.”

　… In today’s Japan, there are very few places without mobile signal.

“I could not reach Takayama due to public transportation delays.”

　… We are always aware of such delays.

“My schedule changed suddenly.”

　… Please contact us to cancel as soon as the change is decided.

＜Important Notice about Reservations＞

Please make a reservation by yourself.

We do not accept reservations made by third parties such as travel agencies, hotels, or tour guides.

Lunch Time : 11:30 / 12:00 / 12:30

Up to 2 people per time slot.

・Reservation deadline: 9:00 p.m. (the day before).

・Exception: Families (including children) can book up to 6 people, but only at 12:00.

Dinner Time: 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00 / 19:30 / 20:00

・Up to 2 people per time slot.

・If you are bringing children, please mention this in your message.

If you have food allergies, please mention this in your message.

＜How to Make a Reservation＞

1  Send us your reservation request by email.
　- You will receive an automatic reply email to confirm that we received your request.
　- Please do not reply to the automatic email.
　- If you do not receive it, please check your email address and try again.

2  We will send you a confirmation email with the date and number of people.

3  Please reply with “Yes” or “OK” to confirm your reservation.
　・If you need to make any changes, please let us know in your reply.

　・After we receive your reply, we will send you a final confirmation email 

　　with the reservation details.

4  Two days before your visit, we will send you a password by email.
　- Please reply within 12 hours with the password.
　- Your visit is confirmed only after you send this reply.
　- If you need to cancel, please inform us by 16：00 on the day of your reservation.
